fix: resolve Vite parse5 HTML error in index.html

Fix malformed Chatwoot chat widget script that caused Vite's parse5
HTML parser to throw "eof-in-element-that-can-contain-only-text".
Also fix broken URL (https// -> https://) for the chat widget.
