Add spreadsheet-style Monthly Actuals page for entering monthly actuals against budget with auto-generated journal entries and reconciliation flag. Add file attachment support (PDF, images, spreadsheets) on journal entries for receipts and invoices. Enhance Budget vs Actual report with month filter dropdown.
