Use artistic neighborhood map in the Community Map section
Replace the placeholder map screenshot with the hand-illustrated Pine Creek rendering (Photos4/PineCreek_2026_Artistic.png), optimized to a 1800px JPEG. The artwork is intentionally abstract — only the two external reference roads are labeled — so the caption no longer enumerates internal street names.
