Optimize six new ground-level photos (gated entrance, Vineyard monument,
vineyard-rows street, pavilion & fountain, and two pond views) with light
color grading; brighten the shaded pond/bench shot. For the FixRoad image,
mask the asphalt and smooth out the tar crack-seal seams into darker, fresh
blacktop while leaving the curb, grass, and surroundings untouched.
Interleave the six with the existing aerials in the Community & Common Areas
carousel (now 12 slides), opening on the gated entrance.

Replace the single Welcome image with a picture carousel (same component as
the Vineyard/Custom Homes galleries) featuring seven French country style
homes: the existing stone estate plus brick, stone, and cream-brick estates
drawn from previously unused photos. Tuscan/Mediterranean, modern-farmhouse,
and transitional homes were intentionally excluded.

Replace the placeholder map screenshot with the hand-illustrated Pine Creek
rendering (Photos4/PineCreek_2026_Artistic.png), optimized to a 1800px JPEG.
The artwork is intentionally abstract — only the two external reference roads
are labeled — so the caption no longer enumerates internal street names.

Incorporate the Cannon Ballers' Atrium Health Ballpark night panorama from
Photos3, cropped to a ~1.5:1 landscape that keeps the lit signage, stands,

Performance / self-hosting
- Remove the render-blocking Bootstrap 4 CDN stylesheet (~160 KB + extra
DNS/TLS to a third party) and replace it with ~60 lines of self-hosted
grid/utility CSS covering the small subset actually used (container, row,
col-lg-5/6/7, order-lg, align-items-center, text-center, table-responsive,
spacing, and the button base). Verified across desktop/tablet/mobile.
- Add a Cloudflare Pages `_headers` file: 30-day cache for static media and
icons, 1-day for css/js, plus baseline security headers
(X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy).
- Add decoding="async" to all lazily-loaded images.
The site now loads no third-party CSS; only Google Fonts remain external.
SCSS source kept in sync (new components/_grid partial; button base + reset
mirrored in main.scss).
